We also have a monthly newsletter which you can sign up for on the main website, and that will have information about yoga courses, Ayurvedic treatments, initiatives, recipes, offers and updates on what we’re up to in our beautiful setting.

We would love to hear from you if you would like us to include something specific in the newsletter, or put up on Facebook or here on the blog, and we will try our best to do that.
